The “New Design Form” is to be used to request a flyer for an event where a specific location and specific date have not been requested yet.

Per PlanNet Marketing rules any event should be requested no less than 1 week before an event is scheduled.
The “Change Request Form” is to be used to make changes to flyers for events that have not yet occurred (whether a flyer has been created or not).
It is not intended to be used to update or create a flyer based on a past event.

We already have images for all directors in PlanNet Marketing.
Unless you are requesting an updated image, it is not necessary to upload director images with your request.
If a mistake was made on our part, there is no need to submit a change request.
Simply reply to the email containing the flyer and point out the error.
